• A mechanical contracting company needed a way to keep track of customers, equipment and service records, so we provided a common collaboration mechanism accessable via a portal on their webpage. Employees can now keep up-to-the minute records of customers, the equipment they own, and what has been serviced and what service calls are scheduled for the future.
  We also provided a way to showcase and automatically update jobs on their website and keep track of potential clients.
• We provided a waste disposal company an online management system that tracks their trucks, drivers and scheduled pickups. Receptionists can enter appointments online, see in real-time when drivers are available, give accurate price estimates, and track billing. Drivers can retrieve and print out the days route complete with directions, special instructions, and what items they will be picking up.

Our staff has many years of experience working with raw data and making it usable in new applications. Past projects include:

• When a Childcare services provider introduced a new application and increased their client base, we migrated each new clients' data from their existing obsolete formats to the provider's new application.
• We built a data-export utility into AutoCAD that seamlessly maintained a parallel data set of drawing objects for conversion into a 3rd-party 3D rendering application.
• We have done numerous projects involving parsing and extracting usable data from applications into user-friendly reports and data formats (e.g. Microsoft Excel, etc).
